Carrie Taylor attended the UCLA paralegal program while in her senior year of High School, and began working at a law firm at the age of 16. At the time the firm was experiencing financial hardship and Mrs. Taylor was required to assist the Senior Accountant. After merging with another firm, she was titled Jr. Accountant. At the age of 18, she held a controller position in a small Santa Monica firm. She created a system for regular auditing of policies, permits and licenses required for law firms. Then analyzed and implemented a new billing system that recovered over $240 thousand. Mrs. Taylor then determined that her deep and disciplined focus would be dedicated to a single industry: law firms.
