About Us

Carrie Taylor attended the UCLA paralegal program while in her senior year of High School, and began working at a Santa Monica law firm at the age of 17.  In less than 1 year she was titled Jr. Accountant, and shortly after 1 year she held the controller position.  Here she created a system for regular auditing of policies, billing and collection practices, staff training, permits and licenses.  Then, implemented her new systems that ultimately recovered over $240 thousand in the first year of holding the controller position.  From that point on Carrie’s reputation in the legal industry preceded her.  

Being a MASTER at developing law firms, has boiled over into many other industries.  Our clients range from the legal, entertainment, real estate, clothing and other industries.

While developing her consulting firm,  she dedicated time developing a new business where she could allow her creative juices to flow.  A team of friends came together and built DROBE, a custom clothing company based out of Los Angeles.  In addition, when Carrie’s son enrolled in a school where no after school program existed, she planted the seed that is now l.e.a.p.  A non profit after school program that provides for inner city children.  

Carrie determined that her passion for developing businesses would be shared with others in need.
